Maluma is rescheduling his upcoming show in Milan due to the coronavirus outbreak in Italy, his rep tells Page Six.
The concert — which is part of the singer’s European leg of his “11:11” tour — was previously set to take place on March 7.
It has been rescheduled for March 31.
The 26-year-old Colombian reggaeton artist took to his Instagram Stories to announce the cancellation to fans on Tuesday, saying it’s for his and their own “well-being.”
However, he added in Spanish, “At the moment, it is the only concert we are going to postpone in Europe.”
According to CNN, as of Sunday, Italy reported a 50 percent increase in coronavirus cases throughout the country with a total of 1,694 confirmed coronavirus cases and at least 34 deaths.
The Center for Disease Control recommends that non-essential travel to Italy be avoided.
