Per Momoa (and The Aluminum Association), “75% of all aluminum that’s ever been used is still in circulation today.”

Momoa said the beard is the work of not shaving for almost seven years and, as bits of it drift in the wind, he says goodbye to the characters he’s played since then, from Aquaman’s Arthur Curry to Game Of Thrones’ Khal Drogo.
